Palestine's President Mahmoud Abbas on Friday phoned Saudi deputy Crown Prince Mohamed Bin Salman to congratulate him on the post.

Abbas wished him success in his mission and prosperity to the kingdom. Abbas hailed Saudi positions in support of the Palestinian rights of freedom, independence and the establishment of an independent state with Al Quds as its capital.
