A Palestinian man was killed after Israeli troops opened fire from along the Gaza Strip border on Thursday.Palestinian Health Ministry spokesman Ashraf al-Kidra said that a man identified as Ibrahim Mansour, 26, was shot in the head as he was collecting scrap metal near the Israeli border, adding that another man aged 22 was also wounded from the gunfire.The IOF claimed that the troops opened fire at the two Palestinains after they approached the Israeli fence, adding that the two men were acting suspiciously, according to Israeli media outlets.
