Ramallah - MENA
The Palestinian cabinet stressed that a request at the International Criminal Court to launch an inquiry into possible war crimes in the Palestinian territories is one of the fundamental rights for all peoples.
The move is not considered incitement but it is meant to achieve international justice, the cabinet said in a statement on Tuesday during a weekly meeting.
The cabinet slammed the Israeli government for confiscating the Palestinian funds along with the ongoing waves of arrests and assaults against the Palestinians.
The Israeli acts run contrary to the rules of international and humanitarian law, the cabinet said.
