A number of the Palestinian Legislative Council (PLC) members on Saturday briefed a delegation from the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) on the political situations and the progress of Gaza reconstruction.
The delegation comprises 15 members of PACE's Sub-Committee on the Middle East and the Arab World.
Qais Abdul Karim, top Palestinian legislator, assured the delegation that the Strip was one of the world's most needy areas regarding the human rights.
