Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas briefed Jordan's Ambassador to Palestine Khaled Shawabkeh on the current situation in the Gaza Strip as well as efforts exerted by the Palestinian delegation in Cairo to end the Israeli aggression and lift the blockade imposed on the coastal enclave.
The meeting, which was held in the West Bank city of Ramallah, also dealt with violations committed by Jewish settlers against the Al Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem in addition to Jordanian-Palestinian coordination to end these violations.
