Clashes erupted on Friday between Israeli troops and Palestinian youths, who staged several rallies in the occupied West Bank following the weekly prayers in protest at Israel's attacks on Al Aqsa Mosque.

Three children were injured after the Israeli troops opened fire on a peaceful march in Kafr Qaddum city.

Israeli forces prevented Palestinian men under the age of 40 from performing the Friday prayers at Al Aqsa Mosque, a measure which provoked anger among locals in Al Quds city.
