The House of Representatives has approved eight draft laws issued before parliament was elected.

The approved bills are on social housing and tax justice.

The parliament also okayed a resolution by the president authorizing the finance minister to underwrite some of the loans offered by the social housing fund.

Another presidential resolution to establish a renewable energy development authority was also ratified.
