The House of Representatives agreed on Monday to ban MPs from holding any public servicant posts until they finalize their terms in the parliament.

An MP, however, can return back to his post in the government or the public sector by the end of his term of parliament duty and upon approval of his former workplace.

Members of independent organizations who had tendered their resignations before nomination to the House of Representatives have the right to return to their jobs.

In case the law of an independent organizations would not allow an MP to return back to office, he would have an equivalent job in the administrative body of the state
