The House of Representatives under Speaker Ali Abdel Aal approved a civil service draft law after okaying the articles of incentive rise and appointment of the temporary laborers, which were previously delayed during discussions.

Abdel Aal said that the bill will be referred to the State Council to be reviewed, adding that other judicial bodies will give their opinion on it.

Meanwhile, the Parliament approved the article No. 38 after amending the incentive pay rise from 2.5 to 5 %.
