The parliament decided on Tuesday to refer two presidential decrees to joint parliamentary committees once they are formed.

The first decree is related to an agreement between Egypt and Kuwait to prevent double taxation and tax evasion.

The second is concerned with an agreement between Egypt and China to establish Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).
