Parliament Speaker Ali Abdel Aal criticized on Sunday a parliament member for describing Health Minister Ahmed Emad as a loser.

MP Amr Abu El Yazid's description came after Minister of Legal Affairs and House of Representatives Magdi Al Agati said no medical cadres are available for about 500 hospitals across the country. 

It is not appropriate to talk about ministers in such manner, Abdel Aal said.

Emad is one of the most famous orthopedic surgeons in the world, he said, adding that the health minister assumed his office just five months ago.
