Head of the micro, small, and medium enterprises' parliamentary committee Mohamed Ali Youssef on Monday said the committee called on the deputy governor of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) to activate an initiative launched by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to pump EGP 200 billion for micro, small and medium enterprises.
Youssef told reporters that banks have some fears about the initiative according to the CBE deputy governor.
We called on the CBE to support the micro, small and medium enterprises nationwide via major entities.
