Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) Secretary-General Saeb Erekat headed for Cairo Monday to boost Coordination and consultation on the Palestinian issue, especially after Egypt received a non-permanent seat in the United Nations' Security Council (UNSC).
Sources at Erekat's office told MENA that the PLO senior official would met with Egyptian officials to discuss relations between the two countries.
The sources added that Egypt's role is very important on the Palestinian cause, especially after having received a UNSC non-permanent seat.
