Prime Minister Sherif Ismail paid a visit to the Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC) on Monday to follow up the workflow there.

He held a meeting with the officials of the IDSC.

He asserted the pivotal role played by the center in making information and data available, which contributes to making right decisions in the right time.

He also lauded the IDSC'S role in monitoring crises and phenomena that require quick intervention from officials.

The prime minister ordered to connect the bodies that receive the citizens' complaints with the center, a step that would contribute to better dealing with the problems.
