Security forces in Minya on Saturday arrested four leading members of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood over forming a terrorist cell to carry out attacks against police and the army.

A security source said that a fugitive from a death sentence over storming a police station is among the detainees.

Two other detainees are runaway from life sentences, the source added.
