A policeman and three soldiers were injured when an explosive devise went off on Sunday in southern El Arish.

Takfiri elements planted an explosive devise in al Tawil region, southern El Arish and the bomb exploded when an armored vehicle of security forces was passing by, security sources said in statements Sunday.

A policeman and three soldiers were injured, added the sources, noting that they were transferred to El Arish Military Hospital to receive treatment.

Efforts are underway to arrest the perpetrators.
