An Iraqi policeman was killed and four civilians were injured on Tuesday when three mortar shells hit a residential neighborhood northeast of Baquba, a security source said.
A civilian was seriously injured in the attack, while material damage hit residential buildings near the scene, the source added.
The city's commercial markets closed after the attack, the source added.
