A policeman was killed and some others were injured in a fire exchange with a group of felons in Giza.

The violent criminals, two brothers, opened fire at the forces once they arrived at Abdel Hamid Ramah St. in Faisal district of Giza, the Interior Ministry said in a statement.

The criminals were gunned down during the face-off, while a policeman received a deadly shot, the ministry said.

Also, a number of policemen were injured. A firearm and a knife were found with the deceased criminals.
