A police officer and two operatives were referred to the criminal court in Beheira over murdering a defendant at a police station.

A Beheira prosecution accused the policemen of beating the defendant to death.

The defendant was arrested with an unlicensed firearm in his possession and detained inside the police station earlier this month.
