Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria and Patriarch of St. Mark's Diocese received Thursday a number of newly-assigned Egyptian ambassadors.

The senior diplomats were Egyptian Ambassador to the US Yasser Reda, Egypt's Ambassador to New Zealand Tarek Al Weseimi, Ambassador to Australia Mohamed Khairat and Consul in London Alaa Youssef.

During the introductory meetings, the Pope wished the diplomats the best before starting their duties, serving Egypt and Egyptian expatriates.
