The popular resistance backed by army forces loyal to legitimacy in Yemen announced that they entered Zinjibar city, the capital of Abyan Governorate, the birthplace of Yemeni President Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi.

Fighters of the resistance controlled areas in central Zinjibar and the building of the governorate, according to sources with the resistance.
