Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood leader Mohamed Badie

Port Said Criminal Court on Monday adjourned for one day the trial of Muslim Brotherhood supreme guide and 190 MB members on charges of inciting and committing violence and murder in the Canal City in August 2013.
Among those standing trial with Badie are Mohamed el Beltagi, Akram el Shaer, Safwat Hegazi, Saleh el Holani and Gamal Ebeid.
They are accused of killing five and attempting to kill 70 more in the incidents that followed the crackdown on MB protest camps in Cairo.
The defendants are allegedly implicated in an armed attack on el Arab Police Station in Port Said, where they smuggled prisoners and stole weapons.
