President Abdel Fattah el Sisi issued a presidential decree Tuesday to amend the insurance control and supervision law no. 10/1981.

Under the decree, the article no. 24 would be replaced with a new one giving definition for government-run insurance funds.

The law gives the prime minister the right to form new funds and organize their business.

Also, the minister concerned is entitled to set conditions and prices upon a technical study.
