Prime Minister Sherif Ismail on Sunday chaired a meeting to follow up the executive situation of the Amal Village housing project in Ismailia.
Ministers of planning, housing and agricultural along with the Ismailia governor took part in the meeting.
The Amal village is planned to be a model for other villages affiliated to the 1.5 million feddas project.
The premier ordered the officials to accelerate the progress of the project.
He called on all bodies concerned to coordinate efforts to overcome obstacles facing the project that aims to create an integrated urban community including several economic activities.
