The official spokesman of the Saudi Directorate of Civil Defense in Jazan Major Yahya Abdullah Al Qahtani said that a Saudi citizen was martyred and seven others were injured in the fall of a military projectile fired from the Yemeni territories on Samtah Province on Wednesday afternoon. 
Saudi Press Agency (SPA) quoted Al Qahtani as saying that the civil defense teams received a report about the fall of the military projectile at 1:59 pm, noting that the injured, which included two children and two girls, received medical first aid and were taken to a hospital.
