The prosecution allowed to bury the victims of an accident that occurred Friday earlier at Cairo-Banha highway of Qalioubiya governorate.
The prosecution also decided to remand a driver in custody pending investigations.
Earlier, six persons were killed and nine others were injured in a road accident in the city of Banha, 45 km north of Cairo.
The accident occurred when a truck collided with two micro-buses.
