Some protesters were arrested in Luxor Wednesday over staging a demonstration without having necessary security permissions.
Dozens of supporters of the April 6 Movement staged a protest amid the anniversary of Mohamed Mahmoud Street incidents in 2011.
The protesters chanted anti-regime slogans.
