Qalubiya security forces on Tuesday reopened a main road in Bahtein district of Qalubiya after a number of the banned Muslim Brotherhood group members closed it by burnt tires to block traffic.
Security forces rushed to the scene and chased out the rioters and arrested a number of participants in the MB protest.
Shubra El Kheima Chief Investigator Brigadier General Gamal Degheidi received a report that a number of MB elements are organizing protests in Bahteim and blocking the road.
The security forces arrested one of the participants with a birdhunt gun in his possession, fireworks and ammunition.
