Qalyoubia security chief Said Shalaby inspected on Thursday the site of a blast that occurred outside the national security building in Shubra.

The explosion injured at least six people, according to a security source.

The frontage of the building along with nearby houses and shops were damaged by the blast.

It was caused by a car bomb.
