Qalyubia Police Chief Mahmoud Yousri Friday denied reports on the existence of illegal stores for selling or trading in weapons in the governorate.
He said that the security forces confiscated about 98 unlicensed weapons over the past few months.
Also, he refuted news on stores for stolen vehicles.
He asserted that the security bodies arrested scores of terrorist and dangerous cells and thwarted hundreds of sabotage acts in the governorate.
