HE Qatar's Ambassador to Panama Nasser bin Rashid Al Nuaimi has participated in the inauguration of newly-elected Panamanian President Juan Carlos Varela.
HE the ambassador conveyed HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani's congratulations to President Varela and HH's wishes of success to the president and progress and prosperity to the Panamanian people.
