An Advisory Council delegation led by Council Deputy Speaker HE Isa bin Rabia Al-Kuwari left today for the Republic of Vietnam to take part in the 123rd meeting of the International Parliamentary Union (IPU) due to be held from March 28 to April 1 in the Vietnamese capital Hanoi.
The delegation was seen off at Hamad International Airport by a number of the Council's officials.
