HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued the decree No. 25 of 2015 approving the agreement to form a joint cooperation committee between the governments of Qatar and Ethiopia which was signed in Addis Ababa on 5/11/2015 annexed to this decree which shall have the force of law, in accordance with Article (68) of the Constitution.

The decree is effective from the date of its issuance and is to be published in the Official Gazette.
