HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued Monday decree no. 28 of 2015 ratifying a cooperation agreement in the security field signed between the government of the State of Qatar and the government of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The agreement was signed in Doha on 20/10/2014. It will have the power of a law in accordance of article 68 of the constitution.
