HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued Sunday instruments of ratification approving a cooperation agreement in the legal field between the Government of the State of Qatar and that of the Republic of Ecuador. The agreement was signed in Quito on 16/2/2013.
