HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al -Thani issued Decree No. (10) of the year 2015 to ratify the amended Charter of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) which was signed in Dakar on 14/3/2008, and shall have the force of law, in accordance with Article (68) of the Constitution.
HH the Emir also issued Decree No. (11) of the year 2015 to ratify the Statute of the Center for the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf for Emergency Management, and shall have the force of law in accordance with Article ( 68) of the Constitution.
HH the Emir also issued Decree No. (13 ) of the year 2015 to ratify the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for cooperation in the field of health between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania, signed in Doha on 13/4/2012, and shall have the force of law in accordance with Article (68) of the Constitution.
HH the Emir also issued Decree No. (14) of the year 2015 to ratify the agreement between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania on the regulation of the recruitment Albanian workers in the State of Qatar, signed in Doha on 13/4/2014, and shall have the force of law in accordance with Article / 68 / of the Constitution.
HH the Emir also issued Decree No. (15) of the year 2015 to ratify the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on consultation between the Qatar Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Spain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, signed in Madrid on 19/4/2014, and shall have the force of law in accordance with Article ( 68) of the Constitution.
The Decrees are effective from the date of their issuance and are to be published in the Official Gazette.
