HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received Wednesday a written message from President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro.

The message was delivered by the Venezuelan Foreign Affairs Minister Delcy Rodriguez during a meeting with HH the Emir at his Emiri Diwan office today.
