HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani on Friday sent a written message to Prime Minister of the United Kingdom David Cameron, pertaining to bilateral relations between the two friendly countries.
HE Qatar's Ambassador to the United Kingdom Yousef bin Ali Al Khater handed the message as he met Nick Perry, the special secretary of the British prime minister, at the British government's headquarters at 10 Downing Street.
