The Minister of Foreign Affairs, HE Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Attiyah, received a written message from Kuwait's First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah.
The message was handed to Dr. Khalid Al Attiyah as he met here on Wednesday the Kuwaiti Ambassador to Qatar, Mutib Saleh Al Mutawtah.
