Qatar's Ministry of Development Planning said Tuesday that the population of the State of Qatar for February 2015 was 2.334 million people.
In a statement released today, the ministry said that the number was a 4.9% increase compared to January 2014, but a 10.3% increase compared to February 2014.
Meanwhile marriages were down 10.3% in February on a monthly basis, but up 17.1% on a yearly basis. Divorce cases were down 13.1% compared to January 2015 and down 7.1% to February 2014.
