Terrorism seeking to shake the country's stability will be confronted until it is totally uprooted, said Qena security chief Salah el Din Hassan.

In press statements on Wednesday, Hassan said that the Upper Egyptian governorate is totally secured, adding that security presence is intensified at all the entrances and exists of the governorate.

Also, the various governmental and private institutions in the governorate are secured, he added.
