The Egyptian Authorities re-closed Rafah border crossing on Friday after opening it temporarily for three days to allow humanitarian cases from and into the Gaza Strip and to deliver aid to the enclave.
Some 2,937 people crossed the terminal over the past three days, an official source said.
The source added that 306.5 tons of humanitarian aid were delivered into the war-weary enclave via the border crossing.
