The Rafah land crossing was exceptionally opened for the third day on Thursday to allow the stranded, humanitarian cases and aid supplies into Gaza Strip.

As many as 1,355 stranded Palestinians crossed the border terminal into the Gaza Strip during the past two days, an official source said.

He added that 2,377 tons of construction materials were allowed into the coastal enclave.
