The Ras Jedir border crossing between Tunisia and Libya was re-opened on Wednesday.
The Tunisian security forces closed off the border crossing on Thursday due to the mounting tension in Libya as well as the holding of the Tunisian presidential elections.
The movement at the crossing is smooth, according to local sources.
