Damascus - MENA
The death toll of Syrian regime airstrikes on Douma city of Damascus countryside rose to 80 people.
The airstrikes, which also left more than 200 people injured, targeted a local market in the city, a local source said.
The London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said the death toll is likely to rise because dozens were seriously injured.
Meanwhile, fears are growing of a humanitarian catastrophe because of a suffocating siege imposed by the Syrian regime on people in Qudsaya and Hama cities of Damascus countryside.
