The stability of the Middle East is related to Egypt's, visiting Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said.
During a press conference held jointly with President Abdel Fattah El Sisi Saturday, Abe said his visit to Egypt is the first in eight years and that his first meeting with Sisi took place in the US last year during the UN General Assembly meetings.
He stressed the need to end extremism that has been rampant recently, pointing out to the important cooperation between Japan and Egypt in this regard.
