Saad Al Hariri, the former Lebanese prime minister and head of the Future Movement, congratulated Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Friday on the inauguration of the New Suez Canal.

In a message by his media office, Hariri voiced hope the new Canal would help the Egyptian people achieve their aspirations of prosperity and security.
