Minister of Interior Mohamad Ibrahim has praised the sacrifices of the policemen for the stability of Egypt.
This came in a speech read out by his assistant for social welfare Maj.-Gen. Momtaz Fathy on Police Day celebration.
He said that the police officers were ready to sacrifice their lives at anytime to achieve security and stability for the citizens.
The interior minister is attending an urgent meeting, said Fathy, noting that he could not make it to the meeting.
