Fayez Sarraj, the nominee to head a Libyan unity government, reiterated call for all factions to close ranks to end the war in their country.

He urged them to look "forward and act as one team to rescue Libya."

Sarraj warned of the risks of terrorist groups that work in and across Libya.

His remarks were issued in a press release by his office.
