H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain, has ordered the early salary release for Umm Al Qaiwain government employees on July 20th, as a gesture to provide citizens and residents the convenience to adequately prepare for Eid-Al-Fitr.
